Step 1: Browse live photographed inventory

Each listed item represents a real piece from our available stock, not a generic example image. This gives buyers more control over quality, style, and resale fit.

Step 2: Add 10 or more pieces to your Quote Cart

When you find items that fit your store, click Add to Quote Cart. Vintoop currently works with a 10+ item quote list so our team can calculate a practical wholesale offer and shipping plan.

The Quote Cart is not a retail checkout. It is a request list that tells our team which exact pieces you want us to review.

Step 3: Submit your quote request

After your Quote Cart is ready, submit the quote request with your shipping details. We review your selected pieces, check availability, calculate product and shipping costs, and prepare one custom wholesale quote.

Some vintage items may sell or become unavailable before a quote is finalized. If that happens, our team will confirm the available pieces and help adjust the quote list where needed.

Step 4: Review your custom wholesale quote

Once the quote is prepared, you can review the product cost, shipping estimate, and final details before payment. You only move forward after both sides confirm the order details.
