Strict No-Returns Policy for Style Preference: Due to the nature of vintage wholesale and blind bales, we do not accept returns based on style, fit, or "not liking" the items. You are purchasing a business inventory mix, not personal clothing.

What We Cover (The Guarantee): We ONLY offer refunds or store credit if:

1. The item count is incorrect.

2. The Grade is significantly misdescribed (e.g., you bought Grade A but received items with large unremovable stains). Photo evidence is required within 48 hours of delivery.
