How It Works

Wholesale Vintage process

Choose exact pieces first. Get one clear lot quote before payment.

Vintoop is built for vintage shop owners who want Not Blind Bundles. Every available garment enters our Photographed Inventory before it goes online, so your quote request is based on the actual pieces you selected.

Why vintage is quoted

Not every selected lot has the same value.

Wholesale Vintage is different from ordinary retail. One Quote List may contain mostly high-demand jackets, while another may mix regular and premium styles. A quote-based system lets us keep pricing fair while protecting inventory balance.

Different item value Brand, print, style, size and condition change the lot value.
Inventory balance If one buyer selects only the strongest pieces, the remaining stock is affected.
Actual shipping weight Final packing weight and route are checked before payment.
Transparent confirmation Buyers confirm quote details before the order is packed.

Quote List vs Buyer Requests

Use the right path.

This helps buyers understand the difference between selecting existing pieces and requesting future categories.

Current inventory

Use Quote List

When you see pieces you want, add them to your Quote List and submit for one lot quote.

Future demand

Use Buyer Requests

When you cannot find the category, style, brand or size you need, tell us what to prioritize.

Before payment

Confirm details

We review item mix, quantity, condition, weight, destination and shipping options before payment.
