These Terms of Service apply to your use of https://www.vintoop.com and to sourcing requests, purchases and communications with Vintoop. Vintoop is the trading name of Tikoo Sustainability Ltd.

By using our website, creating an account, adding a Lot to cart or making a payment through Shopify checkout, you agree to these Terms.

Business model

Vintoop supplies Y2K wholesale Video Lots for business buyers, resellers and independent stores. Each product is one complete wholesale Lot. The product video shows the exact garments included in that Lot, and you will receive the complete Lot shown in the product video.

Lots are not sold as individual garments. Customers cannot select, remove or purchase individual pieces from a Video Lot. The exact piece count is shown on the relevant product page.

Orders and availability

Minimum order: 1 Lot. To place an order, review the product video and Lot details, add the complete Lot to cart, and complete payment through Shopify checkout. An order is confirmed when checkout payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.

Lots are offered subject to availability. A Lot may become unavailable before checkout is completed. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you using the order details provided and handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.

Product condition

Garments in our Lots are second-hand. Normal signs of age and wear may include fading, small marks, repairs, fabric variation, label wear, discolouration, pilling or minor imperfections. We aim to show and describe each Lot clearly, and the product video shows the actual garments included.

Measurements and size information are approximate. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the product video, listing photos, description, category, size range, condition, exact piece count and total Lot price before adding a Lot to cart.

Minimum order and wholesale use

The minimum order quantity is 1 complete Lot. The displayed price is the total price for that Lot, not the price of an individual garment.

Our site is intended for wholesale buyers, resellers, independent stores and other business buyers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for business, resale or professional sourcing purposes and not as a personal consumer purchase. Buyers are responsible for deciding whether a Lot is suitable for their resale market.

Pricing and payment

Each product page displays the total price for the complete Lot. Any per-piece figure is provided only as supporting information and does not permit the purchase of individual garments.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and total order weight. Taxes or duties may apply depending on the destination. The final amount shown at Shopify checkout may include applicable shipping, taxes or duties where relevant.

Payments must be completed through the payment methods made available at Shopify checkout.

Shipping, customs and import compliance

Orders ship from Pakistan by air parcel or other available international shipping routes. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for complying with their local import rules.

Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, remote area fees and local delivery charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Vintoop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier capacity, remote locations, incorrect addresses, force majeure events or local import restrictions.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and secure. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, interfere with site operation, submit false information or use the site for unlawful activity.

We may refuse service, cancel an order where permitted, suspend an account or remove access if we believe a buyer has violated these Terms, created risk for the business, or provided false or misleading information.

Intellectual property

Website content, product videos, photos, text, branding, layout and other materials belong to Vintoop or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Vintoop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, shipping delays, customs issues, resale outcomes or inability to use purchased goods.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
