These Terms of Service apply to your use of https://www.vintoop.com and to quote requests, buyer requests, purchases and communications with Vintoop. Vintoop is the trading name of Tikoo Sustainability Ltd.
By using our website, creating an account, submitting a Quote Cart, accepting a quote or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
Business model
Vintoop is a self-select vintage wholesale supplier. We upload real available vintage pieces so buyers can choose exact photographed garments instead of buying blind bundles.
Most wholesale orders are handled by quote. Buyers select items, submit a Quote Cart, and receive one product plus shipping quote before payment.
Quote requests and orders
Submitting a Quote Cart is not a completed purchase. It is a request for Vintoop to review selected items, availability, condition, quantity, packing weight, destination and shipping options.
An order is confirmed only after:
- Vintoop sends a final quote or invoice;
- the buyer accepts the quote; and
- payment is completed.
Items are one-of-one and may become unavailable before payment. If this happens, we may remove unavailable items, suggest alternatives or update the quote.
Product condition
Vintage items are pre-owned. Normal signs of age and wear may include fading, small marks, repairs, fabric variation, label wear, discoloration, pilling or minor imperfections. We try to photograph and describe items clearly, but small variations are part of vintage wholesale.
Measurements are approximate. Buyers are responsible for reviewing photos, descriptions, categories, sizes, measurements, style and condition before submitting a Quote Cart.
MOQ and wholesale use
The minimum order quantity starts from 10 pieces. Smaller selections may not be accepted for wholesale quote review because air parcel freight is usually inefficient at very low weights.
Our site is intended for wholesale buyers, resellers, vintage shop owners and other business buyers. By submitting a Quote Cart, accepting a quote or making a payment, you confirm that you are purchasing for business, resale or professional sourcing purposes and not as a personal consumer purchase. Buyers are responsible for deciding whether selected items are suitable for their resale market.
Pricing and payment
Product prices, quote totals and shipping costs may vary based on selected items, destination, shipping route, packing weight, courier availability and currency/payment conditions.
We do not charge shipping automatically at checkout for quote orders. Shipping is confirmed in the final quote before payment.
All payments must be completed through the payment methods or invoice links provided by Vintoop or our payment providers.
Shipping, customs and import compliance
Orders ship from Pakistan by air parcel or other available international shipping routes. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for complying with their local import rules.
Unless a quote clearly states otherwise, import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, remote area fees and local delivery charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Vintoop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier capacity, remote locations, incorrect addresses, force majeure events or local import restrictions.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and secure. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, interfere with site operation, submit false information or use the site for unlawful activity.
We may refuse service, cancel a quote, suspend an account or remove access if we believe a buyer has violated these Terms, created risk for the business, or provided false or misleading information.
Intellectual property
Website content, photos, text, branding, layout and other materials belong to Vintoop or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Vintoop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, quote requests, shipping delays, customs issues, resale outcomes or inability to use purchased goods.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
