Shipping policy

Vintoop ships self-select vintage wholesale orders from Pakistan to buyers worldwide by air parcel or other available international shipping routes.

Quote-first shipping

We do not charge final shipping automatically at checkout for Quote Cart orders. After you submit your Quote Cart, we review:

  • selected items and item availability;
  • destination country, city and postcode;
  • actual and volumetric weight;
  • carton count and packing details;
  • courier or air parcel route availability;
  • estimated delivery time and shipping cost.

We then send one clear product plus shipping quote for your approval before payment.

MOQ

The minimum order quantity starts from 10 pieces. Very small parcels are usually expensive per kilogram and may not protect wholesale resale margins. A 10-piece mixed vintage lot is usually a better starting point.

Shipping method and delivery time

Most Vintoop wholesale parcels are shipped by small parcel air freight from Pakistan. Delivery is usually around 7 days after dispatch, depending on destination, customs clearance, courier availability and remote area service.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Final timing may change because of customs, weather, courier delays, holidays, remote destinations, incorrect addresses or events outside our control.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated after we review the selected lot and delivery destination. Reference freight bands shown on the website are estimates only and are not final shipping prices.

The final quote will show the shipping cost that applies to your selected lot and destination.

Customs, duties and taxes

Unless the final quote clearly says otherwise, buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, remote area charges and local delivery charges in the destination country.

Buyers are responsible for checking whether vintage clothing can be imported into their country and whether any special rules apply.

Address accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including business name if needed, contact person, phone number, country, city, postcode and any tax/import information required by your courier or customs authority.

Vintoop is not responsible for delays, extra fees or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If a parcel is delayed, we will help check tracking information with the courier or logistics partner. If a parcel appears lost or arrives seriously damaged, contact us at info@vintoop.com with your quote/order reference, tracking number, packaging photos and item photos.

Claims are reviewed case by case based on courier rules, available evidence and applicable law.
